These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the RedoxLabTech website and to quotations, orders and products supplied by RedoxLabTech Pty Ltd, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In these Terms, “RedoxLabTech”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to:

Information displayed on our website is provided for general information and enquiry purposes. Use of the website does not, by itself, create a contract for the supply of products.
A contract is formed only when RedoxLabTech accepts an order in writing or issues a written order confirmation.
If there is an inconsistency between these Terms and a RedoxLabTech quotation or order confirmation, the quotation or order confirmation applies to the extent of the inconsistency.
2. About RedoxLabTech
RedoxLabTech supplies and supports electrochemical products, scientific materials, electrodes, cells, instruments, accessories and related product sourcing enquiries.
Our product portfolio may include items sourced from third-party suppliers, manufacturers, distributors or technical partners. Product availability, pricing, lead time and specifications may vary depending on supplier confirmation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, RedoxLabTech operates as a supplier, reseller, sourcing partner or distributor. We do not claim to manufacture all products listed or supplied.
3. Website information
The information on our website is provided for general product, business and enquiry purposes.
We aim to keep website content accurate and up to date, but product details, specifications, prices, images, availability and lead times may change without notice.
Product images may be illustrative only. Actual products may vary depending on supplier, model, batch, configuration or availability.
Nothing on our website should be treated as a binding offer to supply goods or services unless confirmed in a written quotation or order confirmation issued by RedoxLabTech.
4. Product enquiries and quotations
Most RedoxLabTech products are supplied by enquiry or quotation.
When you submit a product enquiry or quote request, we may ask for additional information such as intended application, quantity, preferred specifications, delivery location, urgency and any technical requirements.
A quotation may include:
-
product description;
-
quantity;
-
price;
-
currency;
-
whether GST is included or excluded;
-
delivery or shipping estimate;
-
estimated lead time;
-
payment terms;
-
quotation validity period;
-
any supplier-specific conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid only for the period stated in the quotation. If no validity period is stated, the quotation is indicative only and subject to confirmation.
5. Orders
An order is not accepted until RedoxLabTech confirms acceptance in writing.
We may decline or cancel an order if:
-
the product is unavailable;
-
supplier pricing or specifications change;
-
payment is not received when required;
-
delivery cannot reasonably be arranged;
-
the order appears inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent with legal or supplier requirements;
-
supply would create unacceptable regulatory, safety, commercial or compliance risk.
If RedoxLabTech cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact the customer to discuss alternatives, revised timing or cancellation. If RedoxLabTech cancels an accepted order for reasons not caused by the customer, amounts paid for products that will not be supplied will be refunded.
6. Prices, GST and taxes
Prices are stated in Australian dollars unless otherwise specified.
RedoxLabTech is registered for GST. Quotations, order confirmations and invoices will state whether prices are inclusive or exclusive of GST.
Where prices are stated as exclusive of GST, GST will be added at the applicable rate and shown separately.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, permits and other charges applying outside Australia, unless otherwise stated in the quotation or written agreement.
7. Payment
Payment terms will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice or order confirmation.
We may require full or partial payment before ordering products from suppliers, especially for special-order, imported, customised, low-volume or non-stock items.
Payment must be made using the method stated on the invoice or agreed in writing.
RedoxLabTech may delay or withhold supply until cleared payment is received.
8. Supplier availability and special-order products
Some products may be sourced from third-party suppliers or manufacturers after a customer order is placed.
Availability, lead time, specifications and pricing may depend on supplier confirmation.
Special-order, imported, customised, made-to-order or non-stock products may not be cancellable or returnable once ordered from the supplier, except where cancellation, return or another remedy is required under applicable law or agreed by RedoxLabTech in writing.
9. Delivery and shipping
Delivery times are estimates only unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Delivery may be affected by supplier lead time, stock availability, customs clearance, courier delays, public holidays, international shipping conditions or other factors outside our control.
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation or order confirmation, risk in the goods passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to the customer’s nominated delivery address. Where goods are collected by the customer or its nominated carrier, risk passes on collection. Ownership of the goods passes only after RedoxLabTech receives full payment for the relevant order.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details and ensure someone is available to receive goods where required.
If goods are shipped directly from a supplier or manufacturer to the customer, RedoxLabTech will provide reasonable support but may rely on supplier or carrier information for tracking, delivery updates and documentation.
10. International supply and import requirements
Some products may be manufactured, stored or shipped from outside Australia.
Where goods are imported, the customer or importer of record may be responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, permits, import approvals or compliance with local laws, unless RedoxLabTech has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Customers must ensure that products are suitable and lawful for their intended location, industry, use and regulatory environment.
11. Returns, warranty and product issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete product, you should contact RedoxLabTech as soon as possible and provide relevant details, including order number, photos, batch information and a description of the issue.
Returns must not be sent back without prior written approval from RedoxLabTech.
Where a product is supplied with a manufacturer or supplier warranty, that warranty may apply in addition to any rights you have under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot be excluded, limited or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, the customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, compensation or another remedy, depending on the circumstances and the nature of the problem.
Manufacturer or supplier warranties apply in addition to, and do not replace, any rights available under applicable law. RedoxLabTech will assess valid product claims and will not require an eligible customer to deal only with the manufacturer.
Subject to applicable law, RedoxLabTech may decline returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection by the customer, opened or used items, special-order items, customised products, imported non-stock items, or products that cannot be resold for safety, regulatory or supplier reasons.
12. Technical information and product selection support
RedoxLabTech may provide product information, technical discussion, sourcing suggestions or selection support based on information available to us and information provided by the customer.
This support is general in nature and does not replace the customer’s own technical assessment, validation, risk assessment, safety review or regulatory review.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended use, experiment, method, process, industry, regulatory environment or application.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, RedoxLabTech does not guarantee that a product will achieve a specific experimental result, analytical performance, detection limit, compatibility, durability or commercial outcome.
13. Safety and proper use
Customers must use all products safely, lawfully and in accordance with applicable instructions, manuals, safety data sheets, supplier guidance, laboratory procedures, institutional requirements and laws.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that users are appropriately trained and that suitable safety controls are in place.
Products supplied by RedoxLabTech may be intended for laboratory, research, industrial, educational or technical use. They may not be suitable for clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, food, consumer or safety-critical applications unless expressly stated in writing.
14. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, text, graphics, images, logos, layout and other materials are owned by or licensed to RedoxLabTech, unless otherwise stated.
You may view and download website content for ordinary business enquiry purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish or use RedoxLabTech content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Supplier names, product names, trademarks, logos and images may belong to their respective owners and are used only where permitted or for product identification purposes.
15. Third-party links and supplier materials
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, supplier pages, product documents, datasheets, manuals or external resources.
Third-party content is provided for convenience only. RedoxLabTech is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, availability, security or content of third-party websites or materials.
Customers should review supplier documentation carefully before using any product.
16. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedoxLabTech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or supplied products, including loss of profit, revenue, data, production, opportunity or anticipated experimental results.
RedoxLabTech is not liable to the extent that loss or damage is caused by:
-
misuse, improper storage or unauthorised modification of a product;
-
failure to follow applicable instructions, manuals or safety information;
-
use outside the product’s stated specifications or intended purpose;
-
inaccurate information provided by the customer; or
-
circumstances beyond RedoxLabTech’s reasonable control.
This clause does not limit liability where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
-
provide accurate enquiry, order, billing and delivery information;
-
check quotations, invoices and product details before confirming an order;
-
ensure products are suitable for your intended application;
-
comply with applicable laws, safety requirements and institutional procedures;
-
keep copies of relevant product documentation;
-
notify us promptly of any product issue, delivery issue or suspected defect.
18. Force majeure
RedoxLabTech is not responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
These events may include supplier or manufacturing delays, shipping disruption, customs delays, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, labour disruption, cyber incidents, regulatory action, war, civil unrest, transport disruption or failure of third-party systems.
RedoxLabTech will take reasonable steps to notify the customer of a material delay and minimise its effects. If an affected order cannot reasonably be completed, the parties may agree to revised timing, an alternative product or cancellation. Amounts paid for products that will not be supplied will be refunded, subject to applicable law and any clearly disclosed special-order commitments.
19. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how RedoxLabTech collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information.
Customers and website users should review the Privacy Policy before providing personal information.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be published on our website with the revised “Last updated” date.
The Terms that apply to a specific order are the Terms in effect at the time the order is accepted, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
