MOC Manganese Dioxide Air Electrode with PTFE Layer (GAS-82011)

OVERVIEW

MOC is a gas-diffusion air electrode with a manganese dioxide catalyst, PTFE binder and nickel-mesh current collector. This version incorporates a PTFE layer that is impermeable to aqueous electrolytes and is designed for oxygen consumption through the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR).

The electrode is supplied as one 10 cm × 10 cm piece with a thickness of 400 µm. It is intended for zinc-air batteries, other metal-air batteries and alkaline fuel cells.
